Refunds & Returns Policy

At Hope & Healing Marketplace, we value every person who chooses to support small businesses through our platform. We want you to be completely happy with your order, while also protecting the creators who handcraft or supply each item in faith and excellence.

If something isn’t quite right, please reach out, we’ll do our best to make it right in a fair and compassionate way.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and undamaged items.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Certain items (such as personal care products, soaps, or digital products) are non-returnable for hygiene or licensing reasons.

To start a return, please email us at returns@hopeandhealing.co.za with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return instructions and courier details.

Please note:

  • The return courier cost will be for your account, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Returns must be sent to: 6288 Geldenhuys Street, Patryshoek AH, Pretoria, 0182

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued as a store credit voucher, redeemable for any future purchase on our marketplace.

Store credit vouchers:

  • Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Are not redeemable for cash or EFT.
  • Can be used across all Hope & Healing Marketplace products unless otherwise stated.

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, and you do not wish to receive store credit, we can process an EFT refund instead. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges due to the nature of marketplace stock.
If you’d like a different item, please use your store credit to place a new order once your return is processed.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, printables, or faith-based resources sold on our website are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Please ensure your device compatibility and file format before purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your store credit or refund after 10 business days, please contact us at orders@hopeandhealing.co.za and we’ll gladly assist.
