A prayer for loved ones to come to salvation

Abba Father, I come to you today, thanking you for your boundless love, demonstrated through the sacrifice of your Son for our salvation (John 3:16). Father, I bring before you my beloved [say their name/s], earnestly desiring their encounter with your truth and grace.

Lord, I pray that you make your presence undeniably real to them, that they may see your goodness in all things. May every turn they take lead them to encounter your glory and love. Let signs, miracles, and wonders be evident in their lives, drawing them closer to you.

Grant me wisdom and opportunities to share your gospel with them. If not me, send someone whom they will listen to, to proclaim your good news (Mark 16:15).

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."

Just as in Mark 2:5, where a man was healed because of his friend’s faith, I pray that my faith in you will lead to the revelation of your truth in [your loved one’s name]. Turn their hearts of stone into hearts of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26), and open their minds to understanding (Luke 24:45).

According to your will, Lord, as expressed in 1 Timothy 2:3-4, I declare that you desire all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of truth.

You have known us from before we were formed in our mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5), and you order our steps (Psalm 37:23). Grant me the patience and perseverance to trust in your timing for [person’s name] to come to know you.

I thank you, Lord, for your unending goodness, grace, and mercy. Thank you for your forgiveness and for hearing my prayer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
